In addition to our physical therapy services, we also offer specialized run coaching designed to help you reach new milestones, whether you're training for your first 5k or aiming for a marathon personal best. What services do you offer?
We offer soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation and mobilization, dry needling, cupping, corrective exercises, bike fittings, run coaching and running gait analysis.

 

What is movement optimization?

Movement optimization focuses on enhancing your body's efficiency and effectiveness in motion. By improving your movement patterns, we help prevent injuries and accelerate recovery, allowing you to train, play, and work at your best while reducing unnecessary stress on your body. 

Do I need referral for physical therapy?

It depends on your presentation. If you have symptoms then you can be seen for 15 days without a referral. After that time you need to obtain one from a physician, nurse practitioner, PA, or  chiropractor to continue therapy.

If you have no symptoms and are receiving movement optimization and recovery services, bike fitting, or run coaching, you are not required to have a referral. 

What is out of network physical therapy

It means we do not bill insurance companies directly. This allows us to focus on your needs, provide 1:1 services and not be limited by what insurance companies deem valuable and appropriate. We can provide you with a super bill that you may submit to your insurance company for out of network benefits. 

Can I use my HSA of FSA card?

YES!

What should I wear?

Athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. 

What are your rates?

Evaluations are $200, 60-75 minutes

Follow up rates vary depending on if you purchase a single session or a package/membership and range from $185-$200, 60 minutes

Movement Optimization $200-$185, 60 minutes

Bike fitting  is $385, 120 minutes

Run Coaching rates are $175/month or $225/month with strength and mobility program

Running Gait Analysis is $200
